Returns
Canceling Orders
All customers have three working days to cancel their order following the delivery of the goods. This can be done by contacting us by email, CustomerService@BlueNoteWoodworks.com and you will receive a Returns Merchandise Authorization number. Customers must also arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in the same condition they were received. The goods will be deemed returned when received by Blue Note Woodworks LLC and then a refund for the monies will then be made within at least 14 working days.
Other Returns
Returns for any other reason i.e. products are defective; the manufacturer will require You to return the faulty product. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement will be made.

In addition, for up to 3 days after purchase, goods may be returned provided that they are in the same condition as received, un-used & re-sellable, together with the sales ticket for a refund, subject to a 20% re-stocking charge & excludes shipping costs to You. However, if a product has been made individually to your specification then these rights to return do not apply, unless the product is faulty. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights, see below. No returns can be accepted or will be credited without prior agreement, therefore email us within seven days, please state your sales reference number, date of receipt, the reason for returning the Product, and you will be provided with a Returns Merchant Authorization number.
Should a customer wish to cancel an order, prior to dispatch, Blue Note Woodworks LLC will give the customer a full refund of their money within 14 days of the notification to Blue Note Woodworks LLC of the cancellation.
Non-cancelable and non-refundable items
Orders for personalized items which are specially made (for example with your choice of name or other customized aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold) cannot be cancelled after you receive notification that your order has been accepted.
In the event that an exchange or refund is requested for a non-personalized item that is not faulty, Blue Note Woodworks LLC is not liable for the postage charge incurred by the customer in returning the item to us. Blue Note Woodworks LLC also reserves the right to charge for the additional postage to execute the exchange of a product, where the goods are not faulty.
If you are unclear about any aspect of ordering our products, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order with any questions you may have. Goods must be returned in original, un-used, re-sellable condition before an exchange or refund will be processed (excludes shipping costs to You).
