Welcome to Blue Note Woodworks LLC, please note that You as a purchaser of Products made available through Blue Note Woodworks LLC and Your use of products provided by Blue Note Woodworks LLC is subject to the following terms and conditions. For Purchase of Products, You must be 18 years of age to purchase Products from Blue Note Woodworks LLC. Please read these Terms carefully prior to making a purchase. In making a purchase this indicates that you have accepted and have understood the Terms.

This website has been put together to comply with US law and is operated in the USA. All visits to this website shall be governed by US law.

Warranties

If Blue Note Woodworks LLC discovers that a price was misstated or that a product is out of stock, Blue Note Woodworks LLC will either notify You by e-mail or give You the option of voiding the sale. All second & third party-branded products that we sell, are solely covered by the warranties extended by their respective manufacturers. Our limited warranty does not extend beyond the first retail purchaser and is void if product labels or markings have been removed or altered.

Sale of Goods

All Products are believed by Blue Note Woodworks LLC to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to Blue Note Woodworks LLC immediately as it is discovered. All technical information in response to inquiry is given by Blue Note Woodworks LLC in good faith. It will ultimately be for You to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to Your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to Blue Note Woodworks LLC. The liability of Blue Note Woodworks LLC will not exceed the value of the Products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.

Placing an order

To order, simply browse the online shop, select an item and if applicable, customize it using the drop down menus. Add the item to your shopping bag by clicking the ‘add to bag' button. You can view your shopping bag at any time and remove items if you wish.
Proceed towards checkout when you are ready by clicking the checkout button in your shopping bag. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete and ship the order.
Please check your order carefully before making payment to avoid difficulties making changes after your order has been placed.
Blue Note Woodworks LLC reserves the right to refuse any order submitted. If you are unclear about any aspect of ordering our products, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order with any questions you may have. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that your order has been received. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.

Opening an account

You are not required to open an account in order to make a purchase, however, opening an account will enable you to track your order history and store your shipping addresses to checkout faster next time.

General

Your purchase of Products from Blue Note Woodworks LLC will be a contract made in the USA. Any dispute will be governed by US law and the parties agree to submit to any court of competent jurisdiction within the US. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damage and accordingly some limitations here stated may not apply to You. Your rights are unaffected. Blue Note Woodworks LLC can revise these Terms without notice by posting new Terms on the Blue Note Woodworks LLC site or by notifying You by e-mail. Further purchase of Products after such posting or notification constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Payment

Payment may be made by any of the means stated. Orders are accepted on the condition that Products will be supplied at the price ruling on dispatch. Blue Note Woodworks LLC uses Square, Inc. to provide maximum security over the internet. Please be aware that your billing address must be the same as the card registered address otherwise your card will be declined.

All prices are based on USD (US Dollars), the Delivery charge is in addition as per order. Payments can be made with any US-issued and most internationally-issued mag-stripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. We also accept Emailed payments via Your Bank Transfer through ClearXchange.com (Zelle). The following card types are accepted:

• Debit (processed like credit)
• Prepaid

Delivery

Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our offices are only open Monday to Friday 10am until 5pm, so orders will only be processed during these times.

Delivery charges are automatically calculated and applied at the checkout so please ensure you are happy with them before placing your order. We Ship Insured, however be it known & for warned, USPS Mail can take up to 6 months for Your reimbursement of a claim.

Orders to all US Cont. destinations will depend on what shipping time you have chosen. Orders to other destinations may take slightly longer and will be dependent on your postal code.

If any Products are out of stock You will be notified by email at the earliest opportunity. All Products must be paid for prior to shipping. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Blue Note Woodworks LLC by You with full particulars within three working days of delivery. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however arising.

All goods are carefully and securely packaged in boxes or padded envelopes. We do our best to ensure the packaging we use protects your goods. In the event of items being damaged in transit, it is useful if you photograph visibly damaged packaging before opening, in case a claim needs to be made.

Once your order is dispatched, Blue Note Woodworks LLC cannot be held liable for any delays in the delivery of your goods. If you require receipt of goods before a particular date please ensure you take into consideration any potential delays when placing your order, or upgrade shipping option to next day delivery.

Blue Note Woodworks LLC cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if the recipient is unavailable at the attempted time of delivery, or if the supplied delivery address is incorrect. If you have missed an attempted delivery and the delivery service has left a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your package, it is your responsibility to make such arrangements. If goods are returned to Blue Note Woodworks LLC, we reserve the right to make an additional shipping charge to re-ship the order.

Blue Note Woodworks LLC supports recycling and may re-use packaging supplies where possible in order to reduce its impact on the environment and the planet's precious resources. As lovely as it is to receive a beautifully presented package, it seems an unjustified cost to the planet when ultimately, packaging just gets thrown away. Please re-use and recycle your packaging whenever possible.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, anywhere when possible. Please note that USPS does not track First Class or Priority Mail internationally & tracking by customs number varies by destination country. Express Mail is the ONLY trackable USPS international service. Buyers in Italy or Mexico MUST choose Express Mail, regardless of order total.

Customs Charges: International orders may incur additional fees. We can neither predict nor be responsible for any customs charges, import fees, VAT, local delivery charges, handling fees, or any other charges or fees above and beyond what we are charged by the USPS for the package weight and service class selected. The application of any such fee or fees will vary by country, please consult your local customs office with any questions. For all international orders: any customs or import duties levied once a package has reached your destination country will be your responsibility as Blue Note Woodworks LLC has no control over these charges nor can predict them.

Combined Shipping

We will gladly combine shipping on multiple items- please email us your request BEFORE submitting payment.

Blue Note Woodworks LLC supports recycling and may re-use packaging supplies where possible in order to reduce its impact on the environment and the planet's precious resources. As lovely as it is to receive a beautifully presented package, it seems an unjustified cost to the planet when ultimately, packaging just gets thrown away. Please re-use and recycle your packaging whenever possible.

Upon Receipt

All goods are stringently checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our high quality standards and are fit for purpose. However, please check all products for color, design and quality, or imperfections.

Returns

Canceling Orders

All customers have three working days to cancel their order following the delivery of the goods. This can be done by contacting us by email, CustomerService@BlueNoteWoodworks.com and you will receive a Returns Merchandise Authorization number. Customers must also arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in the same condition they were received. The goods will be deemed returned when received by Blue Note Woodworks LLC and then a refund for the monies will then be made within at least 14 working days.

Other Returns

Returns for any other reason i.e. products are defective; the manufacturer will require You to return the faulty product. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement will be made.

In addition, for up to 3 days after delivery, goods may be returned provided that they are in the same condition as received, un-used, un-damaged & re-sellable, together with the sales ticket for a refund, credit or exchange, subject to a 20% re-stocking fee & less credit card or PayPal fees and shipping costs to You. However, if a product has been made individually to your specification then these rights to return do not apply, unless the product is faulty. These provisions do not affect your statutory rights, see below. No returns can be accepted or will be credited without prior agreement, therefore email us within three business days, please state your sales reference number, date of receipt, the reason for returning the Product, and you will be provided with a Returns Merchant Authorization number.

Should a customer wish to cancel an order, prior to dispatch, Blue Note Woodworks LLC will give the customer a full refund of their money within 14 days of the notification to Blue Note Woodworks LLC of the cancellation.

Non-cancelable and non-refundable items

Orders for personalized items which are specially made (for example with your choice of name or other customized aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold) cannot be cancelled after you receive notification that your order has been accepted.

In the event that an exchange or refund is requested for a non-personalized item that is not faulty, Blue Note Woodworks LLC is not liable for the postage charge incurred by the customer in returning the item to us. Blue Note Woodworks LLC also reserves the right to charge for the additional postage to execute the exchange of a product, where the goods are not faulty.

If you are unclear about any aspect of ordering our products, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order with any questions you may have. Goods must be returned in original, un-used, re-sellable condition before an exchange or refund will be processed (excludes credit card or PayPal fees and shipping costs to You).

Your Local Laws

Use and import of Products by You are subject to Your own customs, policies, clearance and any fees and You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of import. No warranty is given by Blue Note Woodworks LLC as to the legality of the Products at the location where they are received.
